When you request or use client access, we collect the email address you sign in with and basic records of when you signed in, so that we can keep the client area secure and available only to approved clients and partners.
Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which we use to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries and to discuss potential work. To operate the client area, deliver GWM Intelligence to approved users and protect it from unauthorised access. To maintain, secure and improve this website.
We rely on our legitimate interests in running our business and this website, and on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Sharing and retention
We share personal information only with the service providers that host this website, deliver email and provide the client-area sign-in, each acting on our instructions, and where the law requires it.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Client-area records are kept while access is active and for a short period afterwards for security purposes.
